Existing Equipment Problems

• The tripper runs along the rail installed at the top of the indoor coal yard, and it is a device that stacks coal from outside in the lower coal yard.
• Frequent spontaneous ignition (more than 10,000 cases/year) → toxic gas generation → civil complaints
• It is stored in a CHEVRON storage method with good segregation and spontaneous ignition occurs frequently after 25 days.

Development and business progress

    • Developed a new model of storage method (Windrow) tripper to minimize particle separation (2 types/patent application completed)

– Existing coal storage application model
– New coal storage application model

    • Pendulum-type Telescopic Chute new model development (patent registration completed)

– Applicable model for grain processing other than coal handling in power plants

Development of a new tripper model for reducing spontaneous ignition and a new pendulum-type telescopic chute model for the first time in Korea
